A Brief History of Printing

Printing is also younger than analog computers (the Antikythera Mechanism) by 200 years, stringed musical instruments by 2,600 years, and the first pyramids of Egypt by around 2,700 years.

To put this into perspective, that would mean that Julius Caesar (born 100BC), Jesus Christ (born est. 2-4BC) and Confucius (born 551BC) all lived chronologically closer in the time to the invention of the internet than they did to the building of the pyramids. These people were all born well before printing was first done by woodblock in East Asia around 100AD - likely in China or Korea, depending which source you believe. Our Ancestors started using Woodblock Printing.
